There is a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged. 7.1. New Items
New items sold by vdrshop are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for 1 year from the delivery date.
7.2. Refurbished Items
Refurbished items are covered by a 3-month vdrshop warranty from the delivery date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, vdrshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
