Our products undergo rigorous quality control measures to ensure their reliability. If a purchased product from us is not functioning properly, please reach out to our customer service via the contact details provided below. You can contact us through our contact number or email.

In addition to your statutory warranty rights, we, as the guarantor, provide a warranty on all purchased items based on the following conditions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this warranty. If the purchased item is defective, you can contact us regardless of whether the guarantee is being utilized.

  1. The warranty period for new and refurbished items is three years from the date of purchase. The date of purchase is defined as the date on which the purchase contract was concluded. This warranty applies to both private and commercial customers worldwide. A consumer is any natural person entering into a contract for non-commercial or non-independent professional purposes. A commercial customer is a natural or legal person, or a private company acting in its independent professional or commercial activities.

  2. Within the warranty period, devices found to have material or workmanship defects will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge. Exchanged devices or parts become our property. The guarantee does not extend or initiate a new warranty period.

  3. Guarantee claims must be asserted immediately upon discovering the defect within the warranty period.

  4. To avail of the warranty, please contact us through email or phone with our customer service. If the defect falls within our warranty coverage, you will receive a repaired or new device.

  5. In the case of a warranty claim, we will cover full shipping costs for customers within the European Union. Customers outside the EU are responsible for the full shipping and transport costs.

  6. Warranty claims are excluded for damages caused by:

    • Misuse or improper handling
    • Environmental conditions (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
    • Non-compliance with safety precautions
    • Failure to follow instructions
    • Use of force (e.g., shock, impact, case)
    • Unauthorized interventions or repair attempts
    • Sending items in non-safety packaging
  7. Defects or damages not detected (or no longer detected) within the warranty period may be repaired at your expense. For a custom quote, contact our customer service.

  8. Software and licenses are not covered by the warranty.

  9. Unless otherwise agreed, rechargeable batteries, batteries, and hard drives are excluded from the warranty, while your statutory rights remain unaffected.

  10. If devices need registration with the manufacturer via serial number, check immediately upon receipt if this can be done without restrictions. Otherwise, warranty claims may be voided.

Note: This guarantee promise does not restrict your statutory rights in the event of defects, and you can avail yourself of them at no cost.
